Troubh Ice Arena Closed Until September 1st.

A message from the City of Portland

Dear Parents/Guardians/Facility Users: As you may be aware, Maine has had its first presumptive-positive case of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). The Governor has advised that we refrain from non-essential indoor public gatherings of 250 or more people. Public Health officials are recommending “social distancing” as a way to help limit the spread of the virus and potentially overwhelming our health institutions.

Because of the number of people that come and go from our community centers, pools and ice arena, we are going to temporarily close our ice arena, community centers and pools until September 1st.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns, and we thank you for your cooperation during this time. For more City information related to COVID-19, we encourage you to visit www.portlandmaine.gov/COVID19.
